I came in and saw Jazz for tattoo removal and had the best experience! Both women were so warm and welcoming, really knowledgeable and they have created a lovely environment! The process was super easy, I felt literally zero pain. I was given well laid out preparation and post treatment advice and I will absolutely be back! I cant reccomend this place enough.

Nixie removed some incorrect lip tattoo perfectly with her Picosure laser. Two 'cosmetic drs' with the same laser said they couldn't remove it. Nixie removed it in two fast and painless treatments. Highly recommend Nixie at Xanadu if you have tattoo regret.

The staff are very friendly and professional, and the Picosure laser is highly effective. The procedure was very quick and I experienced minimal discomfort. My eyebrows showed significant fading after just one session.. It's such a relief to have my tattoo almost removed now. I ve been to multiple skin care centers around different countries. Amazingly I found Nixie is the best. She s so gentle and professional. She makes my treatment painless with the best effects. All the equipments at her place is very up to date. To be honest, the price she charges is so fair and I would fly from another country to Brisbane just to see her from time to time. Very professional services and treatment. I got my first laser tattoo removal at a different clinic and only after did further research which has had me coming here since. The other clinic were as though you were another number going through the system and didn't give me confidence in their experience. Nixie however is very professional and takes careful time in her assessments and to prep you as best as possible for treatment, both leading up to and immediately before. She takes great care to make your treatment has comfortable as possible and is very personable and offers excellent advice for post and pre-care offering expert advice on a range of products for your choice.
Cannot fault Xanadu at all - would highly recommend
